Larry Meddock Part One: Back in March, Dano the Mano won the Larry Meddock Award at the WSIA Summit Leadership Award Dinner. Now, Larry joins Dano on episode 99 of The Golden Mic Podcast. The two discuss how Meddock got into the industry and his role in facilitating skiers and boats for the feature film Freaky Friday. Meddock, who organized the Masters for many years, also discusses some of the speed bumps he encountered during events, including a boycott of skiers before one of the sport’s biggest contests, near tragedy at Sea World and a cheating doctor who would go to any length to win.
